Microcrete 101 is a special concrete
which with the addition of a controlled
amount of water produces a
pourable and level non shrink finish.
Microcrete 101 is supplied in ready
to use pack and will give the C.S of
around 30 N/mm² in 3 days. It does
not require 28 days curing like IPS.
In fact, in 7 days, it attains 40 N
and the floor is ready for epoxy or
polyurethane coating, or for laying
of any other type of floor covering.
Microcrete 101 can be applied in
thickness of 25mm- 50mm depending
on site conditions.
Fast curing time of 4-5 days - as opposed to 28 days
Non-shrink characteristics minimizes number of joints
To be installed in 1-2” (25-50mm) thickness - reduces loading on
structures
Compressive strength of M40 in 7 days
Excellent bond with old concrete
Impact & Vibration resistant
